We use only the best all-natural Italian Bacio Mozzarella Cheese with a kiss of buffalo milk, shredded fresh daily in our shop.

Max's Italian Restaurant is a full-service restaurant. Please ask our servers or staff for assistance.
We don't serve food at the front lobby area. We don't accept pre-orders on food before you can be seated. We are not responsible for food that was cooked not like at your neighborhood restaurant, we are not them and we do things our way, that is what makes restaurant experience fun. It's our policy not to comp any items because you don't like them, and nothing is wrong with your food. We work very hard every day to provide you with a great dining experience and use only fresh high-quality ingredients.
No smoking or vaping please. We do not accept checks.
Server's gratuity of 20% will be added to parties of 6 or more and to the delivery orders if you by "accident" forgot to tip delivery driver. No more then 4 separate cheeks per party please - it will speed up service for everyone. $5 minimum for all credit card charges.
