 “OMG! So GOOOOOOD! We went in for lunch and we all ordered calzones. Mine was the cheeses and spinach. I was thinking they would be smaller, not a lot of spinach, etc. They were huge! The bread was deliciously crisp, but soft inside…toasted in the oven perfectly. The cheeses were gourmet-ish and it was stuffed with spinach. You could taste the great ingredients. We ate half of our calzones, took the other half back to the house and warmed them up in the oven the next day—it was just as good as the day before. When we go back to the OBX, we are going back to Max’s…maybe more than once!” – Stacy
